Inspired by a myth...

A myth is everything that flees from time and yet chases it. The opera singer, Maria Callas, was the last real icon of the 20th century. She marked the style of the Milan of the 1950s with her charisma and such values as style, austerity and elegance. The Maria Callas Association in Venice and MCMC in Milan have created a special jewellery line in honour of Maria Callas. The diva’s favourite item of jewellery was a simple, elegant string of pearls. As a result, the new pieces of jewellery reflect and interpret the spirit of her strand of pearls with restrained elegance, visible but never overpowering.
