The Beyer Watch

The design of this watch emulates the giant timepiece that hangs outside the Beyer shop. It has served as a trademark for decades, and can be seen from a long way off on the Bahnhofstrasse.

Vernissage of the IWC special exhibition

06/29/2018

René Beyer and Monika Winkler, curator of our Clock and Watch Museum, welcomed our guests to the IWC special exhibition, “Icons of Time”. David Seyffer, museum curator of IWC Schaffhausen, guided those present through the exhibition and gave them unique insights into the 150-year-old history of the manufactory. Icons of the time – such as the early pocket watch «Pallweber» with its mechanical digital display, or the oldest Portugieser wristwatch in existence – enchanted our guests. In addition, culinary highlights were provided by TROI FOOD.
