The Beyer Watch

The design of this watch emulates the giant timepiece that hangs outside the Beyer shop. It has served as a trademark for decades, and can be seen from a long way off on the Bahnhofstrasse.

Les Grandes Complications

03/05/2015

How do grand complications actually work? In the course of an informative yet humorous talk, René Clémençon, head of Beyer’s watch workshop, and watchmaker, Damian Ahcin, treated guests to a look behind the scenes ‒ or rather, the watch movement.

Equally unique was the opportunity to stage an elegant dinner at the Beyer Clock and Watch Museum. The museum was swiftly converted into a gourmet restaurant by CARLTON executive chef and his team, and for once the guests forgot about the time while they engaged in lively discussions to the wonderful sound of harp music in the background.
