Opening Evening
Patek Philippe Montres Royales - Opening Evening
After a tour of the spectacular exhibition at the Clock and Watch Museum Beyer, guests were taken high above the rooftops of Zurich. René Beyer and Philippe Stern had invited clients to celebrate the opening of this royal exhibition at the Château Rigiblick. Already during the reception on the restaurant terrace, guests were transported back into 19th century royal life. Red carpets, fanfare players, horse-drawn carriages and, of course, a master of ceremonies, who, as well as the hosts, welcomed each guest personally. The Cocktail Dînatoire that was subsequently served was no less grand. Amidst an elegant ambience and with fitting background music, the invited guests, who included Princess Ira zu Fürstenberg, enjoyed themselves immensely. Two pairs of actors carried guests off to the 19th century with their renderings about Emperor Franz Joseph and Empress Sissi, as well as Tsar Alexander II Nikolayevich and his wife. This out-of-the-ordinary evening was brought to an end by a visit to the cigar lounge.
