Diamond seminar
Diamond seminar together with Weltwoche
On Saturday, 24 october 2009, a diamond seminar was held at the Museum II in collaboration with the newspaper, Weltwoche.
The 30 participants registered for this course very quickly, with the result that it was completely booked out within just two days. Carlo Mutschler, head of Beyer’s goldsmith’s workshop, transported those present into the world of this most precious of stones by means of pictures, models and exciting stories, and the two hours were over in no time at all.
After the seminar, the participants were served a glass of champagne – in which 29 of them found a zirconia, and one fortunate person a genuine diamond worth CHF 2,000. The lucky winner of the draw was Bruno Baldauf. We would like to congratulate him on his prize, and wish him much enjoyment of this beautiful precious stone.
