Beyer makes "Lucy" glow

Eleven firms from the total of 170 tenants lining the Bahnhofstrasse have taken steps to fulfil an ardent wish of the inhabitants of Zurich: between them, they have provided CHF 2.2 million to fund “Lucy”, the romantic canopy of lights that will illuminate the Bahnhofstrasse from Advent 2010. The Lucy project is characterised by its poetic feel and adept creation of the much-loved Christmas ambience using state-of-the-art technology.

Beyer is the only watch, clock & jewellery shop among the sponsors. Originally, Lucy was intended to enchant visitors already this year; however, the technical clarifications proved to be extremely complex and time-consuming. So let us look forward to enjoying a truly magical Christmas ambience along the Bahnhofstrasse in 2010.
