Bathing Day
Free admission to the Mythenquai lakeside bathing area
On 1st August, Beyer is expressing its gratitude to the people of Zurich for their loyalty by granting them free admission to the bathing area at Mythenquai, on Lake Zurich. For without them, the firm’s 250-year success story would never have been possible. As from 9.00am on Swiss National Day, before the fireworks light up the skies, Zurich’s inhabitants can enjoy a very special treat: the popular Strandbad Mythenquai will be opening its doors to visitors free of charge.
Beyer has offered to cover the admission costs so that young and old alike can lounge around in the sun, cool off in the water and get in the mood for the evening’s festivities. In addition, each visitor will be presented with a special chocolate thaler, and five Beyer watches can be won in a prize draw. In the event of bad weather, the Beyer Bathing Day will be postponed a week to 8 August. Further information about whether the Bathing Day is taking place or not will be published on this website.
