Hublot launches its own ski!
Hublot's All Black makes its mark on the ski slopes
At a press conference held at Beyer’s Clock and Watch Museum, Hublot CEO Jean-Claude Biver presented the company's latest product – an exclusive ski known as the “Hublot All Black”. In association with zai, the Graubünden-based ski manufacturer, Hublot has designed and created an exclusive new ski, the “All Black”, which echoes the “tone on tone” concept of the now legendary Big Bang watch.
Inspired by the fusion of materials, which is the basic concept behind Hublot watches, these skis are made from a combination of carbon fibre, fibreglass, steel, rubber, and geneiss stone from Graubünden. The rubber is used for the ski's upper coating, giving it the same soft, matt appearance as the famous Hublot watch straps.
Hand-made like Hublot watches, the 111 numbered pairs of the limited “All Black” series will be available exclusively from selected Hublot boutiques, as well as at zai in Disentis. The price is CHF 8,000.--.
