The Beyer Watch

The design of this watch emulates the giant timepiece that hangs outside the Beyer shop. It has served as a trademark for decades, and can be seen from a long way off on the Bahnhofstrasse.

Baume & Mercier

Clifton Baumatic™: The new models are equipped with the reliable and highly powerful Baumatic™ calibre. The movement features several innovative components that increase the watch’s power reserve almost threefold – whether in terms of reliability, accuracy or robustness. The 120-hour (five-day) power reserve is achieved thanks to the optimized alloy used for the barrel, the escapement with cutting-edge technology and the silicon hairspring. These same elements also help ensure chronometric accuracy. In addition, the greatly improved design reduces the servicing intervals: the new lubricants can withstand even major variations in temperature, while the use of parts that are not sensitive to powerful magnetic fields (1,500 Gauss) means that the watch will withstand magnetic radiation at levels 25 times higher than traditional timepieces.
Besides the classic models, a chronometer certified by the Swiss testing institute, COSC, is available for a slightly higher yet entirely commensurate price. This timepiece, with its understated elegance, is ready to defy time itself, delivering accuracy, robustness and durability at a fair and affordable price.
