In 1844, the top hotel "Baur au Lac" opened its doors in Zurich. It is still familyowned today. Owner Andrea Kracht represents the sixth generation. Together with René Beyer, he talks about time, his career in the hotel industry and why watches belong on wrists and not deposit boxes.
