Tour of the IWC manufactory
The construction of IWC Schaffhausen’s new manufacturing centre on the outskirts of Schaffhausen was completed in just 21 months. A group of Beyer clients were among the first guests to visit it and were fascinated by the imposing building, which unites traditional horological craftsmanship with cutting-edge production methods and technologies. Spellbound, they observed the watchmakers at work. The informative programme was rounded off with a look around the IWC Museum and an insight into the company’s 150-year-old history. Subsequently, we enjoyed a delicious lunch at the Schlössli Wörth restaurant, with a stunning view of the Rhine Falls.
