Customer satisfaction

 After new customers have made a purchase, we ask them to complete a questionnaire. Around 33% of these questionnaires are returned, a gratifyingly high response rate. We are also very satisfied with the results of our survey. Based on a scale from 1 to 6, our employees are rated very highly, with their assessment marks ranging from 5.6 for specialised knowledge and 5.8 for friendliness.  At 5.5, our product range also meets with our customers’ approval.

Surprisingly enough, many of our customers are not aware that we also have a clock and watch museum. And even fewer have ever visited it. We naturally hope that this will change; after all, over 70% of respondents stated that they would like to have a look around our museum.
