Top marks for our apprentices

07/11/2016

Congratulations to Rahel and Noah! They have passed their final apprenticeship exams with flying colours and both achieved the outstanding overall mark of 5.5. As a result, Rahel Brüschweiler ranks in third position among all the retail specialist apprentices in Zurich. With the same excellent grade, Noah Gisler ended up in first place among all the graduates from the Watchmaking School in Grenchen. He also did exceedingly well in his Vocational Matura diploma exam in Solothurn, with his average grade of 5.4 catapulting him into top position  – not only of the watchmaking apprentices, but also of all the final year trainees in the canton.

We are delighted that both these young people will be staying on at Beyer. Rahel Brüschweiler now plans to study for her two-year Vocational Matura diploma while continuing to work in our shop as a qualified sales assistant. Noah Gisler, meanwhile, will assist our watchmakers with his broad knowledge both in the workshop and the service department. We are extremely proud of our apprentices.
