Our atelier service
At Beyer, the well-being of your watch remains close to our heart even after the sale. Two watchmakers are at work at the service desk every day, taking care of on-the-spot diagnosis and providing quick service, which includes checking water resistance and accuracy. More complex work is carried out in the ultramodern atelier directly above the shop.
Watchmaking courses
You’ve never assembled a watch yourself, have you? Now you have the chance: We offer our customers free watchmaking courses in our own atelier. The courses allow you to disassemble and assemble a Unitas pocket watch under expert supervision.
Efficient service
In our watch atelier, 10 watchmakers ensure that your watch is perfectly cared for, repaired and maintained. The atelier is equipped with the latest technology and offers efficient service right above the shop.
State-of-the-art equipment
The atelier is kept largely dust-free through maintenance of positive pressure. Interventions in the microscopic range can be monitored on two screens, and a variety of high-precision equipment and tools ensures that the traditional craft can be pursued under the best possible conditions.
Check it out
Interested guests can look over the shoulder of our technicians as they work in a showroom with plenty of glass and light. By the way: we are always in the process of training two apprentice watchmakers.

At Beyer, we always take the time to speak with our guests personally and in detail about their wishes.
If you arrange an appointment in advance, we will be able to prepare ourselves to address your explicit needs. Of course, you can also stop by whenever you wish without registering in advance.
